In 2009, 43 churches adopted 1 day a month to pray for the city of Austin. Called Unceasing Prayer Initiative, those churches invited their congregations to pray for 30 minutes to an hour that day. FEFC adopted the 3rd Sunday. The vision is to unite the churches of Austin in prayer to see God transform our city. Get more info on how you, your group, or your family can adopt 30 minutes or an hour one of those 3rd Sunday's in 2010. Unceasing Prayer calendar or call Sandy at 891-1631.

The Front Line Prayer Team responds to all the prayer requests submitted each Sunday through the Connection Cards put in the offering plates. The Team individually calls or emails each request and then if the person requesting prayer wants it shared with the church staff, the requests are passed on to the staff as well.
