September Highlights
 Early Childhood
Basic Truth: God loves me.

Special Notes: For the month of September, the kids in the Early Childhood program will hear a Bible story each week about God's abundant love and His presence with them wherever they go. They will hear that God is with them when they are scared, when they are sad, and when they are happy. The last Sunday in September, they will spend the morning celebrating God's love for them by singing songs, playing instruments, and creating artwork that reflects the many ways God shows His love for them.
 Elementary
Attribute: Respect is showing others they are important by what you say and do.
Verse: "Show proper respect to everyone." (1 Peter 2:17 NIV)
September 5: You respect God when you show respect for people in charge (Romans 13:1-7)
September 12: You can show respect with your actions (I Samuel 18:28-24:22)
September 19: You can show respect with your words (James 3:9-12)
September 26: Show respect to God because He's in charge of everything (Matthew 8:5-13) |
